The Global Creator ships worldwide, with free shipping on orders of more than $100 within the United States.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and shipped for a flat rate of $6 USD Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. holidays) via USPS. Orders are shipped from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Shipping times may vary.
HURRY UP OPTIONS: We're all too familiar with that feeling of "I can't wait" when something fantastic is coming our way. We offer two expedited shipping options - Priority (1-3 Business Days) and Express (1-2 Business Days). The flat rates for expedited shipping are $15 USD and $30 USD respectively. Shipping times may vary due to location. If you need your package to arrive by a specific date, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll sort out a special solution for you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We like crossing borders as much as the next jet setter, and our packages do the same. International shipping is offered for a flat rate of $25 USD. Duties, taxes and other customs maybe an additional charge, and are not included in the price. There's a possibility your package may be held by a country's customs department for a longer period of time, or restricted due to a country's individual policy. While we certainly want to do all in our power to make sure you receive your order, The Global Creator is not responsible for any delays or refusals, and no refund will be issued. Please check with your local customs department before placing your order to avoid such situations. All international sales are final.
While we certainly hope you'll love our goods as much as we do, we understand that things don't always work out the way we thought they would.
The Global Creator offers a 30-day return policy for any new, undamaged and unused items, the exception being gift cards, skincare and wellness products. All sales on these items are final. Return shipping is offered at no cost.
DAMAGED GOODS: We package our products with as much care as possible, but sometimes shift happens. Should your order arrive broken or otherwise damaged in any way, please contact email@example.com within 3 business days. A replacement item will be sent, or a refund issued should the item in question no longer be available.
REFUNDS: If applicable, refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original order.
